nice pose and nice work.can you send me whole process of your artwork.i am having a hardtime in photoshop.so whole process can guide me about how to give such colour effects in photoshop.it would be great if you will send me the process.

Manit,
Thank you. My technique is a little different than most. Try it and see if it works for you.
I first make a finished drawing in grayscale, usually done in pencil. This establishes your values (make sure entire figure has at least some shades of gray or adjust in PS.
I then scan it into PS or Painter and add a layer on top that is set to Color (or Colorize depending on program). Fill layer with warm color and add layers, painting skin tones as you go. All your detail is already done in the initial pencil drawing.
Again, this is just one way and it is mainly because I feel more comfortable "drawing" than "Painting".
