Hi to everyone. This is my second dp. I got inspired from XIA's tutorial and i repainted it. I would like some tips to improve please! :)

Hello everyone!,
just thought i'd post some sketches here, and practice on values :)
sidenote: The assassin girl is pencil drawing, the other two were done digitally with a wacom tablet. The Assassin girl was inspired from Guild Wars assassin class, but with my own interpretation. The second drawing is inspired from the Beauty and the Beast, lol and last is of course the famous sci-fi serpent.
I'll post more stuff soon! :)
