Finally , Contribution!.. er Chicks With Guns!

Hey guys. I drew this almost a year ago.. but its still one of my better drawings lol...

I couldn't seem to post my images at home from my computer So I had to do it from work and this was the only one I had access to lol.

Makes me a little annoyed to think I haven't improved beyond this...

Dogfight

Well I guess it became time I started again, so here
for the weekly topic (bit overdue but better than none at all)
the Dogfight (Mustang and Zero's, WWII fighter planes from
the US and Japan).

* The cockpit has been finished and some weather conditions have changed.
Our pilot just found him self flying near a typhoon (common for East Asia
between May and November).

~Post has changed since the second comment.

Howdy folks - this isn't a dogfight (is that with fighter planes?) , but it's a sword fight, so I thought maybe it would be of interest... it's a medieval knight vs. a Mamluk soldier (Mamluks being a middle eastern warrior caste). Pencil & marker sketches.

Welcome Back

First of all, welcome back everyone, and a regular welcome
to those who are new.

Like Xia mentioned in the previous post, I will try to keep
things going around here.

I've put up a new weekly topic, but of course any other work
is still wanted.

If anyone has any suggestions for a topic or any other
comment ext, you can contact me via this link.

Hope to see you back soon!

Sketch practise

Hi everyone!

It's been awhile since I last posted something (sorry!), but I've been quite busy...

So, here's a little sketch-thingy I made recently^^

I've also been studying some anatomy, and I really like how her face came out, since I always have trouble drawing faces this small >.<

Please comment! ^^

Clouds

Hey guys! This was my own attempt on creating some clouds, it turned out quite good, but not too realistic.

Btw; is it a "no-no" to use dodge/burn? I recognized that you didn't use it any in of your tutorials.

Anyway, I hope you like it! (I hope it's not a problem that I spam the site with my stuff :D)

Poses

Finally by drawing multiple times the tutorials from idrawgirls.com i can now draw this poses from my mind. Hope u like it. http://niyado.deviantart.com

Clouds

Well here is my first attempt for clouds:

It's done with a soft-edge round brush. I found that sticking with a larger one
works better. Finishing the edges with a large eraser also works well.

Cliff

Hi guys!

This is my latest painting. It turned out quite simple, because I couldn't make any nice background, even though that's what I wanted.

I tried with some water and a sun, but it turned out quite sh*tty.

If anybody is interested, then you can have the PSD so you can make a nice background, and show me how it's done. :-)
