I think that the values are very good. It looks like it will be a really nice piece when finished. One thing that I would suggest is doing a screen grab and flipping it horizontal. Almost any artbook will tell you to flip the drawing several times when working on it. You will see that one eye needs lowering.
Again, great piece.
I agree with Guy, this drawing deffinetly has potential. You should probably use the select tool to work on the face proportion alittle more, or do as Guy suggestions. Great work though, it's nice to see you posting :)

Thanks for the feed back, I knew the eyes weren't symmetrical/right at the start of the sketch but I just went forward with it anyway as I got really excited, thanks for the feedback!
