Good one buddy. Even the previous ones. One tip regarding brushes is to try to control that vibrancy/ excitement of using cool brushes, keep in mind that they don't make a beautiful painting, they just contribute! ;)
Regarding making the characters as good as you want/ or as other artists do, is to first learn the rules -- that are, have a good understanding of anatomy. I was just like you till one time, one of my very favorite artists (Kekai) recommended me to start studying more anatomy from some books, and ever since then I started my journey. Of course, Xia has TONS of character anatomies info and videos, so they kept on pushing my skill forward... So I am doing the same thing now... trust me, you'll see awesome results once you learn them!
This note applies to all the community (me included!) :)
Peace!
Thanks for the advice bro i really appreciate it. dont worry about the brushes, its just me experimenting on it now ;)anyway speaking of anatomy, I just bought a book on anatomy a few days ago, and im still going through it lol but i think its a good start for me, however i still i have a long way to go. I guess learning is a never ending process, just the speed at learning concerns me sometimes lol. i really need to get rid of distractions in my life :p
but yeah everyday that im here watching you guys draw (well submitted work that is lol) and Xia's tutorials makes me stay and want to learn more about art :)
thanks again bro!
