cant sleep! and dont know what to do with the for ground... or the middle ground for that matter. water? cliffs?.... maybe a city under water

If you would make it a submerged city, be sure to change the sun.
Also if it would be underwater, you might want to bring it closer since in the distance, it would fade out much quicker.
Also make sure to add more blue value overall.
