Not good....but i post it, maybe someone will tell me some tips...it took me over 20minutes....

You did the right thing. Keep practicing your drawing and painting skill is the most efficient way to improve. It doesn't really matter how much critique you receive from people, nothing will change over night. At least for me, critique will help somewhat...but it's better to keep doing it and try to find one's own mistake. Art is something you have to practice consistently, observe with keen eyes, and execution with precision the best you can.
Good job, keep it up.
Focus on the proportion of the figure and observe how to make it look natural, settle or dynamic in post.
