Seated King

Some sketch I did today of a seated king. I have a small plan in my mind to take this a bit further, but for now this is it! I want to practice more to try no to fall in the classical trap of refining and zooming in.

Hello everyone, I'm new to the community, but I've followed it for some time. There's some talented artists on this board, so I'd like to start sharing my work! :D

I thought I'd make my first post relevant to the site! I kind of stylized this oddly, but it was drawn from a reference. There's some things I'd like to change in the rendering (necklol), but overall I'm fairly happy with it.
