pretty cool image. What you might want to do is flip your image. Right now its starting to look a bit lope sided. Flipping will really help you keep your image straight and level.
about "the left hand"> the image is little bit blurry type,make it more finished,more clerification of eyes,nose and more smoothness of light and shade.
