my drawing
not gone in so much detail, guide me how to improve.
Very Good! My advice would be to keep doing what you're doing. It obviously seems to be working and if you keep doing it consistently then your brain will eventually mold itself towards the correct way of thinking. You should also explore the possiblities of painting, which will not only give your drawing color but also help you to refine details that were unproportioned in the original drawing.

Manit keep in mind that in drawing line thickness plays an important role... It's a good drawing and the proportions of the eyes and nose are just right.. but it's a way of expressing them with lines. Keep an eye on line thickness... ;)
