Nice, but it seems to be a lot of Photoshoped elements. Also the landscape and the trash seem to be a bit crossed. At some point it seem the trashing has been going on for ages, while the natural side seems to have been untouched for ages also...
I really like the closest mountain and its really cool metal structure. Its' awesome! For many purposes it's too unclear, but I don't know its purpose so. Also there might me too much black. Seems a bit flat. Maybe some more clean shapes down in the city to lead the eye better. Yeah and the skyline to the right is too sharp.
