I think I like it. It's not the technique that makes me uncertain. I like the rough sketchiness of it, forcing you to use your imagination.
It's more the motif that has me wondering. No, I'm not disgusted or anything, its just that I kind of feel it breaks the illusion of a REAL creature when something that big comes out of it.
By the way... Great colour selection. Really catches the eye. :)
@Gibbo- Hey thx! It is a monster that gives birth through its mouth. @Gormash- Good Crits! Yea from the beginning I didnt knew what the result would be. I just let my pen do the work.

The style reminds me of some of the concept art of Morrowind.
