Digital Matte Painting and Techniques Tutorials

A friend of mine found this the other day on the intranet (internal network)
and passed it onto me as he thought I might like it also, which I do:

Digital Matte Painting and Techniques Tutorials

I haven't finished it jet, but from what I have read I'm sure you all
will find it also useful. It's in PDF format, which I assume most of you
can open or else you can download a free reader here.

  2. Sorry for spamming the blog but I have a question.

On page 32 he makes some amazing clouds, the problem is that I don't know which brush he use, can anybody tell me? Is he using the very first brush he described on page 1 or is it general knowledge how to make clouds? :)

Tell me! I wanna make these nice clouds :D

  3. The brush he discribes in the first part, is for a cloth texture.

I think you can try using a normal round brush, with a soft edge.

I'll try out some later on.
